How to find us

We’re easy to reach whether you’re arriving by car, bus, train or on foot. Here’s everything you need to know.

🕒 Opening Times

Monday: 10am – 4pm

Tuesday to Saturday: 9am – 4pm

Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays

We recommend booking in advance if you plan to visit during the last hour of opening.

🚗 By Car (from the M5)

Destination: Crowngate Shopping Centre Car Park – Moreton Place entrance.

From the M5:

  • Leave the M5 at Junction 7 (Worcester South)
  • • Follow signs for A44 Worcester
  • • Continue towards the City Centre
  • • Follow signs for Crowngate Shopping Centre
  • • Turn into Moreton Place
  • • Enter Crowngate Car Park
  • • Drive up to Level 6
  • • Follow signs for ShopMobility.

Parking is free when hiring equipment from ShopMobility Worcester.

Blue Badge bays are available within the car park, and there is level access from parking to our office.

Enter Friary Walk from Broad Street and proceed along the arcade. At the open area in the middle turn right and then immediately right into the passageway. Take the lift up to the next floor. On exit from the lift turn right, go through the automatic doors and turn right in the parking area.

👨🏾‍🦯‍➡️🚶🧑‍🦽‍➡️ Step-Free Access (no stairs required).

You can reach us without using stairs from both Angel Place and Broad Street.

✔ From Angel Place (No Lift Required)

This is the simplest fully level route.

  • Enter Friary Walk via the glass automatic doors from Angel Place
  • Follow the covered arcade
  • Just before the open central area, turn left into the passageway opposite Rymans
  • Take the lift at the end of the passage to level 5/6
  • Turn right and go through the dark blue automatic doors
  • Our office is on your right, with scooters parked outside.

✔ From Broad Street (Via Platform Lift)

  • Go through automatic doors and enter platform lift
  • Follow the covered arcade until you come to an open area
  • At the open central area, turn right
  • Opposite Rymans, turn into into the passageway
  • Take the lift up to level 5/6
  • Exit right through the automatic doors into the car park
  • Turn right — our office is just ahead.

🚌 By Bus & Train

  • Worcester Bus Station – approximately 1 minute walk
  • Worcester Foregate Street Railway Station – approximately 5 minute walk
